Some products deserve to live on, and this is one of them.

The original seller and producer, Ryan Bowersox, reached out to us to see if we would be interested in bringing these into our growing DSM product range. Of course, we were more than happy to take the opportunity! We stepped into the shifter sector not long ago and now produce OEM+ shifter bushes so this is a great way to add onto those parts for those using the OEM shifter shaft

With Ryan’s permission, FIBA Motorsport has taken over the product in its entirety. We are overseeing the design and remanufacturing process and bringing these into our own product range to ensure they remain available to the DSM community.

This is what FIBA Motorsport is all about: keeping these platforms alive, supported, and on the road for years to come.

What Does This Replace?​

The original plastic shifter boot surround, MB603591 and MB603592, are now decades old, and age doesn't do it any favours. Plastic becomes brittle, cracks develop, and eventually the original part can become worn out, damaged or missing completely.

These billet replacements offer a durable alternative to the ageing factory part while retaining a clean, OEM-inspired appearance and will last forever!

• CNC-machined billet construction for a quality finish and a durable replacement for the original plastic part.
• Two anodized finish options: Black and Clear.
• OEM-inspired appearance: Black provides a factory-style look, while Clear anodizing gives the billet a more natural grey tone without the overly shiny appearance of bare, polished aluminium.

Having trouble fitting the plug into your shifter boot? Joe Simmons, known as JTIOBY on Etsy, has kindly made a free 3D-printable file available to help with installation.

This optional tool is a useful aid if you find fitting the surround difficult.
