Na.. i dont think it matters... i used a torque wrench on mine when i did it.. only did it once.. still to this day i have no problems with it... chances are the threds are not strong eonugh to hold it sealed... i would pull the turbo off.. which is not that hard.. get a tap and chase all the threads to make sure they are nice and clean.. i used alot of anti-sieze while tapping them. its alot eaiser... order some new bolts from somewhere.. extremepsi is where i got mine from.. the arp chromoly bolt kit... also get a new gasket as well.. jus take you time and seal it all up... then you will be good to go...
