Yes, I know who you are. SavageEvo is not the black evo /w green wheels thats (Evo9FTW, ls1s14)

Also the reference I made about the slow cars going, I was talking about the evos (the black one on MB battles)

Also you guys should'nt get ## panties in a bunch over a guy saying the meet should have been better. Take notes and Just Do It.

:ohdamn: I didn't think there would be more than one person running green wheels.

If savage would have came on here being a bit more positive about things instead of negative, this wouldn't be the way it is. Thats why I spoke up, as well as others.

Only people that have been around the bay area dsm community know whats up. Its been a desert with meets.

maybe i came off the wrong way. for that i apologize. but to help keep people happy, fullfilling promises and such are key. just like business, you meet and exceed promises and expectations, youll find tons of positive words being spoken, thus creating more interest and making meets turn larger outcomes. id like to think we could grow together as a whole, were all family. i didnt mean to trash talk anyones cars, ive been down that road before and know money/resources arent always there to do what youd plan. i guess at times its easy to forget we all started somewhere. i dont think anything less of a dsm vs evo, i appreciate all makes and models. it was the frustration for myself and my friends that made me come off negatively, and so again, im sorry for that.

oh, and green is sexy btw! :) haha

Why would you really come out to a meet expecting something other than to have fun? The DSMers/Evo owners of the bay area owe you NOTHING and being able to have a dealership that supports the local mitsu community is a privilege not a right.

All in all we modify our cars to have FUN, I know I sure as hell didn't buy my car with the intent of caring what others felt about it, as long as I had fun with it. If someone sprays their engine bay with a rattle can, how is that hurting your car?

Also, talking shit about a 2g just because it's N/T is puerile at best, and makes you sound like a douche.

very true, my step brothers Evo IX, I installed, injectors, fuel pump, catch can, upper and lower ic pipes, perrin front mount ic, HIDS, Exhaust Manifold, BOV, I also wired in a AEM Boost gauge, Wideband, and AEM Oil pressure gauge.

So I assume this car is no longer running? Especially since you asked me for help doing a boost leak test but you somehow did all that shit to an evo. ROFL

I'm just bustin your balls dude. :thumb:

why dont you look again at my post in regards to the n/a 2g, i said the owner was self concious about showing it, but i was complimenting him on how the subtle accents of blue made it pop and stand out in a good way. i told him "who cares if its non turbo, be proud of that and show it off". he heard me tell him i liked it, and so did all his buddies... reading comprehension works wonders buddy ;)

put aside the fact that it was a meet, and read whats promised for the meet. whats promised was not delivered, that will bring disappointment to anyone. my friends and i were hungry, and were not as ballin as you thikn so free food is somethingg to look forward to. most of the people i know didnt even get any pizza. its the principle of it all. they were completely surprised seeing us roll up to the dealership, they didnt expect us. it was unorganized, and just needed better planning to be a good meet. i have every right to tell you that people were disappointed tho, just as you have every right to cry about it.

well, im done coming into here, to continue bickering over nonsense. take it for what it was, a bad review, and move on. there will be other days. cheers guys.

this thread is officially closed.... everyone here heard what both sides has to say and there is no reason for this thread to keep going.... you evo guys are always welcome to our meet its up to you guys.... but dont expect much from us dsm as most of us here is on a budget.... anyways i hope the mitsubishi community can unite again one day....

Im still waiting on those pix dsmkid.. LOL

SavageEvo,
I've tried my best to be as organized as can be, but like I said, sometimes mistakes happen.
Was it my fault the dealership manager wrote down the wrong date? I don't think so.
All the people that did not get to eat either didn't step up or were late, lets get the EVO guys on time NXT time, and there will be food for them. The food got to our stomachs maybe 2 hours after it "OFFICALLY" started.
YES, maybe to you guys It was badly organized but I'd tried my best, and maybe someone else can help since I DONT OWN AN EVO:) and didn't really have time to time to go to either evo community site. I remember the night before making signs with arrow just in case no one knew where they were going. Was there any EVO's help to make this happen? Im done talking back and forth you guys just keep arguing about the same ish. Instead of complaining and _____ about it, let's do something about it! If you want to do a "GOOD" meet in the future, HIT ME UP. That way ull have satisfied EVO's.

On another thought, that dealership manager really liked the meet and especially about getting EVO's there. He wanted to have another one, and better planned out with A REAL BBQ (He knew he mest up, but wanted to make it better). We will see when that will be, I wonder what he would say if I told um what you EVO guys thought about the meet.:ohdamn:
