Ok so I was searching the other day and came across a diagram thst showed all the info for dsm talOns and eclipses

Such as 90-99 which has better intake, throttle body, block, which head flows better all the differences between gen 1s and gen 2s.

I meant to save it and never did, now I can't find it anywhere can someone help, it certainly would help out s junkyard shopper for cores to be built up

Well, the Talons do. The Eclipses are a bit too Kardashian for my taste.

I would recommend the 1g. The 2g are very nice looking. But the 1g look more aggressive to me. Also I prefer the 1ga which is a 1g from 90, 91(1gb is from 92-94 and has fixed headlights and different rear end). I like flip up lights and I think the rear ends look better. Also I'm unsure of what your emissions standards are, but in Illinois any car before 96 is exempt. So I can pull all the emissions parts off and not have to worry, and can do other things like eliminate my cat for a better flowing exhaust. You would also want a 6 bolt engine (eliminates your probability of crank walk), again from the 90, 91 DSM's. From what I believe the 1g have better intake manifold and Throttle body's, But 2g's have better exhaust manifolds and MAF, which could be switched over to a 1g (with porting on the manifold). It will be easier to find a cleaner 2g, than a 1g. But I like the 1g over the 2.
