So today i drove my car and it fells like something is holding it back when I boost. But when I boosted my rev stayed at 3,000rpm, I taped the gas and the rpms went back. Also at idle my vac is around 9-10psi and AFRs are around 14.8-15.5.

This is also right when I got my new head on.

SO HELP PLEASE...

Thanks,
Ali

That air/fuel ratio is good for idle. I don't see cams in your profile, so I would say you have a leak somewhere causing the vacuum to be low. The leak will turn into a boost leak when your going full throttle.

I agree...you idle AFRs are correct, but the vacuum at idle (really inHg/not PSI) is low...should be in the neighborhood of 18inHg.

I would also suspect that you just have intake track leaks after the head install. Boost leak test should get you back to business.
