Well, I don't have the fuse in for the security system...
But, I do have the fuse in for the power locks. The driverside works fine, and to make sure it's just not locked up, I took off the door panel, opened up the plastic and sprayed silicone lubricant allllllll inside the locking mechanism. I also replace the door panel from a car with working power locks also.
Is there something I should look for or replace or is it just fried?

One for the drivers side which is behind the radio and the one for the passenger door which is behind the drivers side rear panel. Not the trunck panel but the panel that sets on the side of your rear seats. Its the smaller box when you take the panel out. If you can try and listen and see if you can hear it click or if you can feel it as you hit hte lock button.
