Hi

If and when i drive my car pretty hard , or when i take it for a long drive it starts to "jump" ( i dont know how to explain it better in english sorry )

You probably understand what im talking about, like if you get to much air, to little air , to little gas etc...

My brother sais it feels like the auto-tranny cant decide wich gear to stay in, but i disagree. Like its gearing up and down, up and down etc

This only happens if i drive it for 3-4 hours straight without taking a break.

Drove it pretty hard the other day just to test, did like 90mph , after 2-3 min it started to act up again. Drove pretty slowly for next 5 minutes and everything was fine

When i bought the car i had to take a 8 hour drive home, everything went smoothly then.

My local shop sais it can be due to my pop-off valve ? ( greddy pop off that came with the car )

What should i check for other than this , gas leak , air-hose leak ?

Your local shop just called a blow off valve a "pop off valve".

Never go to them ever again.... Is the BoV recirculated for that matter?

Refering to a blow off valve as a "pop of vavle" is fairly common, even in the USA but especially over seas.
