I have 18's and FWD, and I want to somewhat hook up. My plan is, get a pair of 17's for the front in the same wheel style, and go with some soft compound tires.
1) Do you think it would look stupid with 17's up front and 18's in the rear?
2) What would be a good tire to go with that would help with launches?
These wouldn't be my daily driven tires so life doesn't matter. I would switch them out when I go to the track.
