hey guys looking into gettin a megan 3in downpipe. my question is i have a apex n1 downpipe bolted up to an apex n1 catback will the megan downpipe eliminate the cat and bolt right up to the catback?

You have the choice to either keep the cat or get a test pipe to delete the cat. Why do you want to change the downpipe?

I know Punishment racing sells two different DP's..The 2g version deletes the cat, and the 1g verion does not..But I know one of the vendors does sell a test pipe..

It's seen better days bottomed it out On driveway one to man times and it's leaking pretty bad but I don't feel like spending 300 bucks on a new one and I kind of want something a little louder. I was gonna pick up the punishment one but there on back order.

Ohh PR is on back order..Well it is winter...So If you don't drive the car in winter, then you have time to get the right one..

If that's not the case then order the megan one, and possibly the test pipe..Just so you can put it together asap..

I have yet to see a mainstream 1g DP that eliminates the cat. Punishment, Megan, Ebay, all replace the factory DP, more or less (with the diameters, not length being the limiting factor)

I wouldn't mind waiting for the pr dp but the leak is starting to get pretty annoying maybe I'll jus spend the money and get the Megan with the test pipe
