Down pipe with a cat

I want to get a full exhaust. I wanted to go with the Apex'I but all the down pipes eliminate the cat. I normally wouldn't mind this, except I am moving to California and they are uber strict on emissions laws. What do you guys suggest? If I did not have a cat would it be possable to pass emisions at all? I really dont want to have to change out my exhaust every year but I will if I have too.

pass SMOG with no cat :laugh: ahh man i need a good laugh. Anyway check out RRE website they have DP w/ hi-flow cat, and they bolt on to Apexi catbacks

Exactly what I was going to suggest, I run this setup and it works out well.

I got a cat-eliminating downpipe, chopped off a section in the middle, and put a hi-flow cat in its place
