down pipe to short?

Im currently trying to put my apexi 3inch down pipe to my lse or lipp o2 housing and my down pipe is hitting the oil pan before it sits flush with the o2 housing. Has anybody else ran into this problem or do I have the wrong down pipe for my car?

What turbo and manifold are you using?

Different DP and O2 sensor housing. I sectioned it and added in 3/8" on tube. Then it fit fine

Im using the fp mani and ebay16g, and I really dont wanna have to cut and reweld my downpipe.
