Exahust/down pipe question

Ok my friends dad owns a mulfer shop and made me a 3inch catback really cheap he said hes going to put a 3 inch downpipe and stright pipe for the rest of it when i want it done my question is when i upgrade my turbo and i have to its a dinky 13b and no my cars not atuo :p will the new o2 housing be a problem will it bolt right up to the down pipe without a problem ? and will i notice a big diff when i put the rest of the exhaust on ?

Yes, you should notice a difference in spoolup, and throttle response. Also, why does your car have a 13b if its not an auto? Also do u have the smaller injectors on there too?
 
Just another thought, he's probably gonna press bend the exhaust system because he doesnt have a MANDREL bender. Mandrel bends flow more, as the diameter of the pipe stays the same around the bends.
 
I have no idea why my car has a 13b on it i got the car for $600 and thats what came on it the kid that had it before me replaced the injectors and told me they were the 400 or 440? i believe im going to upgrade the turbo and mainifold because i do have the samller exhaust manifold too :( and my last question is 2.5 inch vs 3 inch i was told to make alot of power later i should go with 3 inch is that true ?
 
a downpipe made for your 13b will bolt up to any stock style o2 housing on a 13b, 14b, 16g etc... if you get a evo o2 housing the angle is different.

the injectors are probably 390's stock 1g auto injector, or 450's stock 1g manual injectors.

the only thing to watch with a full 3 inch straight exhaust is you may end up with boost creep. do a search on it before you decide on 2.5 or 3.
