Hi everybody, i am from Mexico and i have one doubt.
I am a fan of DSM (4g63t to be more specific), but there is a 4g63n/a that catches my attention, the car is year 90 and is automatic, The owner of the car said that the ECU is burned, but when I see that the ECU is a DSM turbo can someone help me in this regard and help me find the right ECU for the car, please check the pics
This is the pics from ECU...

In the 90 4g63t ecu is different from the 91-94 models, this car is n / a The ECU 90 n / a is different from the ECU of 91-94 n / a? That is my question The TCU is two connectors as those of the models 93 and 94, is possible to exchange the TCU of these models in a car 90?
Greetings

Oswald

The ecu you have in the first picture MD128625 is for 1990 FWD Turbo Manual Transmission (Federal)
1990 Non Turbo Dsm fwd Automatic transmission came with Ecu MD128624 (Federal) or MD 128622(California)

The tcu in your pic fits 90 Auto cars. It has 3 plugs...
Late 92-94 cars came with 2 plug tcus.

Occasion mistakenly put a non turbo ECU on a turbo car, the car failed and missed a lot of smoke, my questions are as
follows ...
The cart Why could ignite. with turbo ECU? This in order to really know if the ECU is the problem
Could I use a 90 ECU but it was M / T?
Could I use a TCU two connectors DSM even if not 90?
Or specifically must be 90 TCU
The TCU of the car has 2 plugs
Thanks
