1G Door locks

So my oem key broke and my spare only starts the car, I've talked to many lock smith one tried to remake a key based off the hatch lock. Some say the passanger door lock has to come out ad there is a code on it? I have the door panel off but don't see any code.. I just need clarification on this but also could the dealer cut a key off my Vin numver?

Can't you just use the broken key and have them make a new one with that?

I have no idea where the other half is I just took th em out one day and it was broken

Pass door lock tumbler has to come out the door. Theres s code on the side. I had to do the same last year

Bummers man. Well if it's stuck in one of the locks or ignition still. You could take a magnet and get it like above says take tumbler out to see numbers.

Yeah I got mine off I see an e6175 code and a 138
