did it run okay prior to the upgrades?

if your problem is compression the cam timing might be off.

first I'd check for spark, you can get an inductive or in line tester for like $5. Can't remember if the 420 plugs are batch fired or not, could be a cam or crank (if batch fired) sensor. make sure you're battery has a good charge and the engine isn't flooded - seemed to crank kinda slow in the vid. The quickest test for a fuel pump is easy enough, put a funnel in the filler neck and have a friend turn the key to on (engine off) you should be able to hear the pump run (the funnel makes it easier to hear). really need some more information.

From da video it sound like da timing off.

Check timing, spark, compression, fuel. If those all check out, report back.

Prbably the cam sensor, on those engines they can get a crack in them easy or take a hit while removed and quit working. My ex had a neon we were doing a custom turbo and stand alone install on and one time i pulled her cam sensor to test one i was building to work with the EMS and when i put hers back in it was no good out of no where.. check for the code if you can

Yeah that definitely sounds like a timing problem, check your cam sensor as well though

ok....i just did the timing again and bought a new battery, spark plugs, went back to the OEM ignition pack(the old one)...my brother fired it up same problem....white smoke comes out from the intake manifold...i also checked if the intake takes in air but i does not at all..... compression is good.. ill upload a video tomorrow..
