Does this eliminate noisy lifters?

Thinner oils help cold starts, thick oils just overall dampen more noise. It seems what works for one person does not help the next. You have to experiment to see what works for you, though its all just a bandaid really.

What does work is replacing your lifters with the revised design ones, and the oil port mod that is performed on the head.

+1 oil port mod is supposed to work the best even without the revised lifters

Revised lifters are one of the best things i've done to my car. It ticked so badly in high school. Embarrassing...

Okay, thanks. It's not ticking too bad right now, so I won't really worry about it too much. It'll be something for me to do in the future though.
