Does the Megan Racing Cat-back come with a silencer?

Does it come with the silencer and if not can you get one for it? I'm researching what exhaust parts to get for a 3" turbo-back on my daily driver and I don't want to attract too much attention from the cops.

Yes it does,also one thing that helped me was painting the tip black,they were pulling me over because they could see that it was modified from a distance. Not only would they write me a tickette for noise,but also for being modified. I'm in california so laws probably differ.

Yeah they are not as strict here in Pennsylvania, I just have to worry about noise. Thanks for the info. Its weird that in every description of the Megan Cat-back it doesn't say it has a silencer.

Well it didn't say it was included on extremepsi.com and on megan racing's website.
