Does anyone still make a 5 bolt o2 housing?

I'm using a Turbonetics manifold and a 60-1, with a 5 bolt hot side. I can't find anything short of making my own, but I just don't have time for it. I remember a while back there was a company that made them, however, I think they no longer exist. Can anyone point me in the direction of someone who still makes them, can make them, or makes a 5 bolt dp for these cars?

Hahn aircraft has them and eBay sells universal 5 bolt dump pipe flanges too if you'd like to Fab one up.
