Does anyone know this mystery plug?

Hey guys just trying to figure out an electrical problem that I'm having. I have a 1gb with a 6 bolt swap. The car runs and drives, although I'm not getting power to my radiator fans, electric windows, interior lights, door locks or tail and headlights. But I am getting power everywhere else, such as gauge cluster lights, turn signals, and windshield wipers.

My question is, could this plug be the cause for all that? There isn't a plug near this connector that goes to it. Also could this problem be from a bad power transitor?

I have checked fuses and relays as well are in good shape.

not the cause. It's dark and I cant tell what your pointing at. but its probably the timing set or egrt plug.

look at a wiring diagram from the year car it is in the shop manual.

It's the timing set plug.

Are the fuses in the engine bay fuse block receiving and sending power?Also check positive side terminal at battery for any loose connections.good luck
