Anyway, I loaded one log no problem, but the next one keeps getting stuck on the "exporting data" screen and doesn't progress. Anyone one how to fix that?

I had this problem, too, whenever I tried to download several logs from my pda. Since I only ever use Excel to view the logs, I deselected the other file formats (.csv & 1 other, I think) in MMCd Tools so it only exported them in .xls format. That seemed to solve the problem - hasn't happened since.

I followed Speedy Talon's advice above about creating a "custom" connection, and then it worked. Thanks.

I wrote a FAQ for this and submitted it, but never heard from anyone nor saw it posted. Kind of annoying...I'll have to think twice about going through the trouble writing another FAQ.
