Does anyone know a source for the correct JDM knuckles to use Evo X front brakes on a 2g dsm? Anyone know the correct part numbers? I know someone who grew up in Japan with connections in Japan I just need to make sure I get the 100% right PN's.

I found an international auto parts source for used parts that had them both 460 shipped. The evo x brakes are the only ones worth doing at all and would run about 2k w/ the galant knuckles for front and back w/ new rotors. I likely will try when I get the cash. Just type in the pn's in google using a european proxy server and I found them.

Those are not personally verified just used through internet search forums and I have not verified that international site to verify legit

I would recommend making a penpal or someone you trust to order in Europe for you. How many facebook friends have you not met do the same thing to get rare parts.

If you are at all skeptical order TCE's big brake kits as they will only save about 1k total for front and back all out and likely get better track performance.

On girodisc the upgrade package that includes all except calipers is about 900 and the evo x calipers are 800 used on ebay and then 450 for galant knuckles.

I like the idea of oem performance so I will try and source evo x brakes but my second choice is the 14" tce front kit and the 13" rear kit.

After pricing it out I seriously think I would recommend going with the TCE street/track 13" front kit with upgraded 6 calipers and then trying to find just the rears off an evo x since they are a direct bolt up. You would then be able to keep 17" wheels and pay the same for a complete evo x setup with galant knuckles. You wouldn't have 13.8" front rotors but that is more bling than it might be worth considering the need for aggressive 18's and the knuckles.
