dodge caliber c.o.p

so my family has a wrecked 07 caliber and i was looking under the hood and they come with a c.o.p setup but these coils actually look like pretty good stuff they dont just slip over the plug and make contact they actually snap on the plugs like a wire would for a secure connection and they are similiar in the way they would be wired in series like the 300m coils anyone have any input?

I've read somewhere on here that someone was using them. I dont know how they had it setup but I'm sure they had the Caliber c.o.p on it. He was saying how you can save money on pulling them from a junkyard and setting it up for our cars.
