When im driving my car and i stop and put it in park, i am ideling around 1500 and thats in park. Is that normal or too high. It idels that high around 1500 for liek 2 or 3 min then it drops to bout 900. Is this something i should be concerned with or is it normal.

I would be concerned unless it only does that when it's cold but a place to start is to adjust the biss screw and check your isc.

When I had my 95 GST manual it would idle abit high until it got warmed or rather got the fluids moving I guess. Never really considered it different or odd...

My 90 Laser idles at round 1200 for a short time also then drops to around 1000/900.

That's pretty typical for most cars when they're warming up. I'm new to DSMs, so I'm not aware of anything (yet) that would cause that otherwise.

I know in my old car I was able to adjust the idle with a screw atop the TB. Not sure if there's something similar for DSMs..but from the sound of it, you should be fine.
