Do i need SAFC?

I was just wondering if i need a AFC, i have a 98 Talon TSI that is my daily driver, All i am going to do to it is put a FMIC kit and a 3" GM MAF, and a MAF-T, so i can run a blow through setup. Do i need an SAFC to tune or should the MAF-T be fine because all my fuel stuff is stock and i dought i will change it anytime soon.

If you're not adding anything other than the intercooler and gm maf and translator, then you don't need the safc.

If you haven't bought the MAFT yet, look at the MAFT Gen II. It has more settings than an SAFC and has a MAFT in it. Do a search for MAFT GEN II, you'll find the threads.

To answer your question, on stock injectors or 550cc injectors you don't need anything else besides the MAFT to tune. A logger is obviously needed.
