ok another question do i go with the high bread turbo or should i stick with the regular 50 trim with the td06 wheel. the guy said on the one i am getting that it should bolt directly up so that is the hybrid right. what are the differences betweeen the two.

Sounds like you're a little confused on all the turbos out there for us. Let me see if I can help explain a little to help you out. First off, when you hear DSMers talk about Hybrid turbos, they are usually reffering to Garrett designed turbos that have been modified to bolt directly to a Mitsubishi Exhaust Manifold. A 50 trim is a Garrett compressor wheel. TDO6 is a Mitsubishi Exhaust turbine. So when you say a "regular 50trim with a TDO6 exhaust turbing" well that would actually be a mitsu/garrett hybrid turbo. The only way to run a full garret turbo that is not a mitsu hybrid one is to get a completely different manifold that has a flange on it designed to mate up with Garrett turbos. Now you're saying this guy says the turbo you're getting will bolt right up to your manifold. Well if it bolts right up, and it contains Mitsubishi and Garrett parts, then yes it's a mitsu/garret hybrid. It could just be a full mitsubishi turbo because those will bolt right up to your manifold as well. What kind of turbo is it that you're thinking about getting?
