There is no way to fit a internally gated 50 trim without hacking or ditching a fan. As others have said A. Hack B. ditch one of the fans C. Get a slim. D. get a external gate. If you are going with a external westgate you can retain both the factory fans. I'm assuming you want to go with a internal gate You said you didn't want to hack or get rid of the fan so that leaves you with C. Get a slim. They are only like $80 so it's not a big deal. You might be able to find a 50 trim where you won't have to dent the water pipe, but I doubt it. It's really not a big deal. It's not like you have to whale on it with a hammer. I just naturally dented mine when I bolted the manifold to the block with the turbo already mounted to it. FYI I only used one of my fans all this summer in 100+ weather without overheating problems. That is without ac though. These are minmal mods (if you want to call them that) that come with the territory of a big turbo. That being said, you shouldn't base your decsion of what turbo to get on these factors. It should be based on which performs the best and is built properly.
