Hey guys i heard a rumor that the Greddy Type-S BOV was discontinued and that they are not being sold anymore OMG ? Is this true? I'm starting to believe it because i can't find a single one for sale! Thanks for your help:dsm:

It has been replaced by the type RS. Dont fret though, you can always pick one up used if you are dead set on it.

I believe it is true. I herd the same thing about 3 months ago. Good thing I have mine:D . They probably have something to replace it though in the near future.

**edit** got beat to the punch :sosad: .

Yes, the Type S has been replaced by the RS. I'll be selling mine a few months to get a RS, unless someone wants to pay the price of the RS for my used Type S. :tease:

I heard the same thing, I think GReddy is. Yes you can, it does have a huge discharge diaphragm, but they GReddy does make it. I had the Type S, and then I upgraded to the Type RS, check my pics if you dont belive me, and I also know that the recirc kit, it is a bit more expensive for the whole thing. It comes with a small 2ft hose, new gaskets, and Greddy Flange, and the T fittings, everything you need for that. Luckily for us that have the Type R or Type S, we could just plug and chug the new one in, no problems welding or changing this or that. They are recomended for up to 550 Hp, so yeah, they look great too!!! :talon:

The only problem i have with the type RS is that you can't recirculate it into the intake. I don't think you can, can you?
Yes you can recirculate the type rs. The blue part that looks kind of like the turboxs rfl just unscrews and then you would reciculate it using a hose just like you would on the type s.

I have the RS now.....it's a beautiful thing. And to beat a dead horse, yes you can re-circulate.

Hey, thanks alot to all you guys but, i have one more question/comment. Now, i heard that the type RS isn't that loud when re-circulated. Is this true? Is it louder than stock? I heard that the type-s is louder but i can't get a type-s anymore. I mean, i know hearing the BOV isn't the most important thing in the world but, i kind of like the sound of my stocker but i just want it louder! Is there any way i can make the type rs louder with it re-circulated? Thanks a lot you guys are realy helpful. Thanks
