Hey guys i just got a Digimoto, I am very new at tunning and would love it if someone knows a link on how to tune your afc ect? any advice is welcome thanks. :dsm: I have a 2gen so no knock counting for me.

I was also told to monitor my trims try to get them to about 0. am guess not sure
Adv timing about 17 if i can more likey 15 or so on pump gas
and 02 about .92-.94

thats about it also was told to do a 2k-6500 punch in 3rd.

Thats my knowlege so far.
 
I don't know what a digimoto is but I've read you want to shoot for 18-22 * advance at the end of your 3rd gear pulls.

go all the way to 7k with your pulls. also, can you get any more data points along the way? i also wouldn't worry much about what the O2 sensor says, it's not accurate enough and gives different readings from car to car. just go for a good smooth timing curve at a little lower boost than you plan to run and then turn the boost up 1psi at a time until you start getting timing pulled. once you have it set-up pretty well, go to the dyno and do some fine tuning with their wideband (and your logger of course).

That's the thing that sucks about digimoto/scantool, and anyone else using the ELM323 based interface. It only takes captures of the ECU at maybe 2 or 3 times a second. It's inherent to the hardware unfortunately. I have the same interface and I'm going to spring for a pocketlogger so I can get faster data, or maybe I'll put a dsmlink on my credit card :thumb: Can't beat logging 10 different variables at 20 times a second.
