Differential and Transfer case maintenace

Just curious what kind of work these things need and how often you should service them? mine probably hasn't been done for a while i have an automatic 1g eclipse gsx, and i want to change the fluid in my diffs, and transfer case, could anybody tell me how to do so?

Watch for the transfer case seal to leak, and keep them both filled. Red Line Heavy weight Shock Proof Gear Lube might be the best stuff for them, but of course that always brings up an argument.
