yaw guys..i just fnished retrofittin and recharging my baby yesterday and it was running perfect.. ..
today when i take a ride..air con strats fine until car warms up. Then i start hearing clicks that favour clunks somewhere towards the right from..and everytime is happens..idling surges and spikes for every clunk..i am guessin the compressor kickin on and off..also the clunk goes along with the idles speed..the higher the idle the quicker the clinks. WHen drivin..i get the buckin somewhat similar to bad spark gap only itis in a timely fashion.

So guys what could be the cause of this?

i tried searchin fo similar prblem but couldnt find...also tried hijackin this post on existing AC problems and thought it may cause comfusion....thanks in advance guys

Guesses:
You need a recharge
You have a bad temp or pressure sensor
The AC control unit has died.

Sounds like it's cycling on and off, so low refrigerant is the first guess. Take a peek at your sight glass while it's running and see if there's a flood of foam going by.

I don't mean to bring an old thread to life but searches leaves questions unsanswered.

In bold, what does that mean if you see white foam go by? I'm not sure if I see foam or if that's just refigerant going through. I checked the refigerant level at the low port and gauge says I'm good but yet I still see the white in the sight glass.

It's driving me nuts, my ac is blowing cool but not cold like it should be.
