Difference in trims??

Okay, I've looked for a few hours but I can't find ANYTHING that talks about the difference between a rs and a gs on say a 95' Eclipse. I found the model guide but that shows the EXACT same specs on both the rs and the gs. Is it just the factory standard stock options ex.: power windows. Is there anything in the gs that would make it perform better than an rs in any way or are there any other differences?? Thanks in advance.

Nope, nothing really. They come with hubcaps instead of rims so maybe a 2 lb. wieght advantage. Thats it.

RS generally don't come with leather, GS can. There is no performance difference...same motor and everything. the RS will weigh less obviously since there are no power driven components (sun roof, windows, etc.)

Then why is the gs worth more than the rs on kelly blue book??

why is the eclipse worth alot more than the talon in 1gs? It is all about the name....bow down to the extablishment!!!

The GS usually has power stuff (windows, locks, small dwarves) and nice metal wheels. The RS usually has manual stuff, hubcaps, and sometimes no sunroof.
