yes , with some mods.

Use the 1g intake, and therm housing.

Some wire work with the cas needs to be done.

Main point is use the intake that matches the intake runner size.

Most go the other way, 2g head on a 1g/6bolt block

The simplest way to accomplish the head swap is to get:

1G head
1G intake manifold
1G throttle body (not necessary, but some grinding will be needed if you don't)
1G CAS (though it is possible to use the 97-99 CAS)
1G thermostat housing
1G water pipe

Assembly is fairly straight-forward. Just make sure you use new gaskets
You'll need to grind down and smooth out the shifter weight on your transmission, so the lower coolant hose can clear it without pinching/cutting into it.
You'll also need to find a way to hook the MDP sensor to a vacuum source (directly bolted to the manifold is preferred, since that's now they are setup on the 2g manifolds), there are adapters that accomplish this EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts

As always you should read this over and follow all necessary steps: http://magnusmotorsports.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/1gina2g.pdf
