i bought a 95 eagle talon TSI. with broken valves. still ran and boosted ...alll stock. I had the head rebuilt buy pro's and put a 16g turbo, headder pipes, aem fuel rail, 650cc injectors, walborro 255l fuel pump with re-wire kit, 3" stainless steal exhauhst with no cat from the turbo back. everything else is factory, i guess. it starts up great but when i get in it and stomp on the gas....it revs to @4000 rpm and my turbo guage starts to move and then the motor just spits and sputters and falls on it face....almost like a rev limiter would feel like. I should be pulling 12 sec 1/4 miles but instead i'm pushing this car back to the shop. why? any help would be awsome....I'm out of ideas...almost willing to sell the car at this point.
 
You need a way to tell your ecu that it is using bigger injectors. It is running very rich right now. Some suggestions are SAFCII or DSM link
 
Yea, I agree. You need a way to tell your ECU you have bigger injectors. That would be your problem that your having. A SAFC-2 would be a good alternative and DSMlink is an even better solution.
