Grey plug is knock sensor.

Just can't think of the other right now...

The grey one was the knock that got rid of my cel and no more idle surge but it's idling at 1000

Also I noticed one of the honey comb screens is missing from maf

The other is for the EGR temperature sensor. This was only used in vehicles with California emissions.

Cool so I don't need that one, now would that honey comb screen missing in the maf cause my idle to be rough? Car drives 100% jus idles a Lil rough now

the screen should def be there, to straiten the air flow a bit and make it less turbulent but i dont think that would be an issue at idle. It may be your timing being off a bit. Have you checked your base time? And as said before, the grey plug is knock sensor, and the other is unused unless u have a cali car. If the knock sensor is unpluged tho it may cause an issue with idle.

Yes, missing honeycomb in the MAF can cause a rough idle. The ECU is thinking less air is entering the intake than there actually is, so it will make it run leaner. If you have bigger injectors and something to adjust the A/F ratio, it isn't a problem. If you're running stock injectors and normal fuel pressure with no way to modify the MAF signal to the ECU, the motor is running leaner, which can easily make it idle rough and jumpy.
