First off ... Its a brand new Magnus stage 3 motor and freshly rebuilt head on with a new turbo and all ... In order to break in the motor and turbo, I have been running 14 psi with the rev limiter set at 6500 rpms .... the car has been tuned (very loosely) by marco on a wideband and is running extremely rich ( black smoke under acceleration ).. SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?
facts:
- The car does not hold idle because I have a huge TB leak so I have to be on the throttle at all times and sputters a little bit at 2500 rpms but feels fine once out of vacuum and in boost .... car has always had trouble idling but its never been this bad (since I got it back)
- my oil pressure gauge used to read nearly as high as the gauge would go for the first 200-300 kms but for the last 800-1000 kms usually reads less than 1/4 on the guage, even when I floor it it doesnt even get to 1/2 .... at idle the needle is not even visible ... it just hops up once I begin driving ....
- my PVC breather is smoking (perhaps a faulty PVC? blowby already?)
To anyone who is knowledgable about breaking in motors and break-in symptoms ... please let me know your thoughts .. What should I be concerned about? what should I not be concerned about?

) I would get a real oil pressure test done as apposed to usiong the stock gauge.
