What are some unique characteristics of the t-25 or 14b Turbo. Trying to figure which I have, so I can order a FMIC.

It reads "TDO5H" meaning its a 14B?
Just for clarification, you do realize that that pic is of a china made EvoIII GT turbo, NOT an actual MHI turbo, right?
also i hate to break it to you gmddsm but the engine you have is not a six bolt. it is seven bolt all the way. hope that doesnt break your spirits. at least you have a 14b....
Really? What would be the easiest way to tell on my end? I read somewhere about the oil pan?

you left out the 2 engraved numbers, here i will just post the turbo numbers.
49178-01010 - 14b
49178-01520 - Small 16G
49178-01420 - Big 16G
49178-01470 - EVO III 16G
49179-05200 - TD06 - 16G
49178-05200 - TD05H -16g (galant)
49178-05400 - TD05H -20G
49179-05400 - TD06H -20G
It also looks like there is a harness clip for the cps by the timing belt.
