I'm getting spark blow out at 28psi and 7k rpm with new NGK wires and new BPR7ES gapped. 020.
My stock coilpack through dodge has 30k miles on it and it used to fire off 28psi with a .024 gap with my Crane Fireball ignition box.
I'm interested in eliminating possible problems so things like, Power Transistor (oem is $225), Wires, stock Coilpack and Crane ignition box would be nice eliminations.
Curious for those of you running the Denso Prius COP..
What psi can you fire off without blow out?
What plug gap?
What turbo?
I'm looking at the Antilag Racing setup and just hoping I don't get into an early COP issue I had around 2008 when the car would run for like 20 minutes then shut down.
