Do I need a bov tube on my intake pipe since I'm not going to vent to the atmosphere?

You need a BOV tube on your intake because you are not going to vent to the atmosphere!

if you're not going to vent then of course you'd need the tube on your intake...thats where the recirculated air is gonna go

the ONLY time you dont need to recirculate is if you have a GM MAS since it calculates the air after the BOV.

dont do it. . . a aftermarket BOV is loud enough and u will only loose horespower if u do. . .unless u do what my friend above me said. . . .

yeah i did the GM MAS setup...its nice and it allows you to have a vented BOV without much worry...its also nice because you can fuel tune with the MAFt...so I suggest dont vent without a MAFt setup...
If you want to know how badly your car will run vented without it...take the coupling from the stock bov unit to the intake off and just cover the hole on the intake (with tape or something) and watch how poorly your car will run...
