defi vs prosport?

I can't find much feedback on defi gauges as much as i can on prosport. I'm looking for BLUE LED gauges and both have them. I was wondering which of the two are more accurate.

And if you know any other company's that make BLUE LED gauges?

i never seen defi on our cars thats just me i had glowshift and prosport and both very accurate but defi is too much for a gauge at leasts i feel that way.

Defi are amazing gauges if you feel like dishing out the cash for them. Autometer is all I need.

yea well i just looked up on glowshift and they have a deal for 3 gauges and the triple pillar pod and wires for 149.99 which isnt bad

Defi is better IMO. I have had both Defi,and Prosport,you can really see,and feel the difference between them. Defi also seems to be alot stronger then prosports,but im not bashing prosport at all. Defi is expensive,but I got mine used.

Thanks for the info on defi. Good to know they work well even if the cost is a bit more expensive. But you get what you pay for I hope.

I have been using DEFI gauges in my car for about 4 years now and have had no problems and really like them. my lighting it amber like the stock lighting.

Aslo I noticed that the defi sending units seem to be sturdier, But I was reading somewhere that they are the same as prosports.

I've got some Defi D-gauges for sale right now in the classifieds.

These are great gauges, match the OEM gauges really well, and are high quality Japanese made. I think these are some of the best gauges you can put in a DSM.

Defi - VERY nice gauges. We have a set in the FD RX-7 that are pretty nice. Theres a control box with them that can record what goes on with the car and plays it back. Kind of a cool feature so you dont have to refer to a log for a couple things I guess. Too expensive for my blood though.

Prosport - My little brother has a set in his FD. He seems to really like them. I might pick up a set one of these days. Getting a little sick of the ones I have.

Glowshift - Junk. Seriously these are the worst gauges ive ever laid my eyes upon. Looks cheap, not clear if theyre smoked during the day, just an overall bad choice.

Autometer - Not bad products at all. Theyre pretty easy to find if you need one right away. Most auto parts stores stock them in my area. The only reason I dont like them is because I see them too often.

I have prosport for the money for a gauge, its a great buy. Ill stick with them, cant see any reason to change had glowshift, and autometer, these are ones for me.

Thanks for the pictures. YeS defi are expensive unfortunately but nice gauges and got more details that they are very accurate. You get what you pay for I guess.

Well i had autometer glowshift, and now prosport, my glowshift oil guage worked flawlessly, and helped me save my engine. I dont know anyone with defi, but i would rather invest money elsewhere, just my02.

There pretty much isn't a better gauge than a Defi. Comparing them to Prosports and Glowshifts is an insult to Defi.
