My goal is to make 400 hp but i cant decide what turbo to use with my setup.
fmic
660's
walbro 190
maft\translator
ported 2g manifold and 02 housing
3 inch trubo back exhaust

These are the ones im looking at:
Evo III 16g
AGP RS49T
AGP RS49T
I really like the AGP turbos but are they good quality?

I know the guys here are gonna jump on you to do some research so i'll help ya out a bit.... The evo 3 16g is what i have right now and i hate to tell you that it will not make 400HP i don't know much of the others that you have listed so i guess they are not really popular choice my suggestion is the FPGreen or the 20g either one will make that power and are good prouven turbos!
go check out FP site.

I agree with CanadianTSI too. Any 50 trim should meet your goals. Or the proven 20g will also fit your goals. :thumb:

But if you are selecting between the EVO3 16 G or AGP RS49T; I'll go with the AGP RS49T. I heard good things about their qualities. They also have a one year warranty on their turbo. :thumb: :thumb:

Well, not to flame, but SBR proved that it can... But I think you mean that it mostlikely won't. And to that I say absolutely. You will need cams at least and mostlikely a higher rev limit.

On 400 horsepower: It will be difficult to control 650+ cc injectors using MAFt without hella timing advance. Hella timing advance does not mix with 400 horses very well. I suggest a chip and maft since you already have maft. or go DSMLink if you plan on more mods later.

20G/green gets my vote. It is not going to sh!t itself trying to breath 400hp worth of airflow.

Yes, 400 whp on an Evo III 16g is possible. However it takes alot of tuning and alot of patience. It is possible...but not highly probable. Don't forget this was done on a stoker motor with every possible supporting modification. For a 2.0 motor with your setup I would recommend either the 20g or 50 trim. Don't forget the key to high horsepower is TUNING. I would suggest getting atleast an SAFC II to go with the MAF-T but as dsm-onster said a DSM link will do best. I hope this helps and good luck in your decision. :thumb:
