Ok, heres the deal, i have a 95 tsi awd, the tranny is gone, AMMCO says 1500-2000. What should it do, i guess they diagnosed it with a bunch of shit. I know the guys there, and they said they will help out as much as they can, but its still gonna be expensive. Should i have them fix it, get a junkyard tranny, or send it to ipt for 2800 fully built race tranny, or sell the car, cause its in good conditioit, and its got 60k miles on it, im just looking for some oppinions. i have the money, but what to know what will be the wisest decision. thanks

What are your goals. What do you really want to do. One thing is for sure...if you're going for a rebuild and keep it...go IPT. I mean you might as well do it once and do it right. Otherwise sell it as is..fix it cheap and sell it....or fix it cheap, keep it, but I wouldnt' dare modify it or race it.
