Should I upgrade my 4g64 or go with a 4g63T?

If you're talking about that spyder gs, you have a 420A motor. Most people will recommend to sell the GS for a 4g63 (GST/GSX/or Talon) if you would like to tinker with a turboed DSM.
Why not upgrade the 4g64 to turbo? I don't know one person that has regretted turboing their car. I guess the question is how fast do you want it to go?
WTF
The Spyder GS came with a 4g64 not a 420a
And boost the 4g64. They take boost pretty well in stock form. And the 4g63 parts bolt right up so its a fairly straight forward process.
You have to rebuild the engine and go fully forged internals with special hybrid pistons to go dohc with a turbo. Using a 63 head gives a 64 a cr of around 10:1, much too high for turbo use on cast pistons.
Your cheapest option would be to buy a running donor 2g turbo car, and swap over the complete drive train and engine/ecu harness and ecu. This is the route I went
