I know this should be in a differnt form but i didnt get any responses so i just deleted it. Now im posting it here cause i know more people check these post.

so heres my deal i have a 1200watt amp and 2 12in subs that equal 1100 watts. Now when i turn them on even if its just for one song the battery dies. Now it dosent always do this but it happens more then i haven even changed its oil. I have a diehard(i think its the stock battery) and am woundering if i need a capacitor or a new battery. Any thoughts say them even if there not 100%. Its getteing annoing and want to fix it before i start driving the car. I dont want to be out and have the crap die on me.

You are right this should be in a different forum. Check the alternator its free at auto zone before you buy a capacitor a battery. If that doesnt you may need the compacitor unless its an old battery if its an old battery then get a new one. Here you go this should help, because this well probably get closed soon. :dsm:

If your alternator is ok, you might wanna try with a Optima brand battery, they are great. If you need a capacitor I have one,it was on my buddy's A4.It's a streetwires Ultraflow.

Specs: 1 Farad 20V DC 95 degrees Celsius.I don't know much about audio,I don't even know if it's the one you need, but if it is,PM me,I'll sell it to you cheap.
