dash lights went out

I was installing my greddy turbo timer and got all done and at night i turned my lights on the dash lights didnt go on is there a wire i could of hit or what happened?

chances are that the wire you used for the power wire to light up the timer, shorted out the dash light circuit to ground. find the wire, fix the problem.
