1G Dam build finally sorted... need advice on rebuild

so my 91 finally has a plan I won’t get into to much of that but I’m gonna build it up to be “streetable” .....engine has 157k with no history on previous maintenance, car runs good but the question is should I build on that many miles or just rebuild it now and bullet proof it or run it... and if you are on the side of rebuild (which I am) please recommended some quality sources for parts or rebuild kits. BTW if I do rebuild it will be from the bare block after machine work.
