cylinder two spark plug build up

any reason why cylinder two would have build up on the plug but the rest are looking tan and normal? I'm counting from the timing gear side and all I see is my pcv which could dirty cylinder three but nothing else. any ideas?

You mean oily buildup?maybe a bad coil?not getting proper spark?or a leaky injector.
