Cyclone Intake Manifold..where Can I Get A Gasket Or Make One ???!?!

I thought this post was pretty clear.

Not necessarily (the 1g manifold doesn't necessarily have more power at 7000). I didn't rev the car as high with the Cyclone as I did with the 1G manifold (so we can't make a direct comparison at the 7000 marker). I should have, but I didn't. I will be installing a front mount intercooler in a few weeks, then I will go back and rev it all the way to 7500.

thank you LOL. :thumb:

I'm not sure what you are saying, can you correct the grammar in your post.

Sometimes excitement , cause most people not to pay attention to grammar as in my case in reference to the above post. I can assure you that I will try to be more careful in the future!! LOL
;)

I hope I didn't come off as rude, I honestly didn't understand. The simple lack of a comma and I was confused as all heck.

I assumed you lifted off with the Cyclone Manifold, I can't wait to see the new numbers. Keep us posted.... And don't wait a year. :p

yeah i did lift off. i had several pulls close to redline but i was running much less boost. yeah i am very interested in seeing the new numbers as well.

just so you guys know,
jnztuning can no longer get the cyclone intake manifold gaskets.

i just ordered a set and they cancelled it from my order telling me that mitsu no longer has them available for order.

I have had great experince with my cyclone so far. From what i have been able to tell so far is that it brings power on more smoothly than the 2g manifold does. By loooking at the graphs i would say its is the restrion on the top end is more from cam not the manild itself. From my experince there is surely a loss of power after 6500 rpms, but that is where the tq fell off at. Now that all can from many things. for ex. im still running a factory down pipe and cat. While this manifold is for surely not just a drag manifold it really makes the car more fun to drive. My 14b spools faster than the t25 did.

I can't wait to try mine out with a 16g. I gotta clean that sucker til it shines though! Figuratively speaking.
