I was wondering if anyone has a part number or knows what i can use to actuate the cyclone intake. I have been told that a dodge vacuum canister can be used but off of what make an model. Any suggestions would help. Also I tried contacting JNZ Tuning to see if i could get the cyclone intake gaskets and they told me that Mitsubishi discontinued them 2 years ago. Anyone know if there is anywhere else they can be found? If not ill be spending the better part of my morning with an extractor knife and some paper gasket.:boring:

Unsure the exact vehicle (Dakota or Ram), but if anyone else is looking for the part number, I dug up my receipt from years back:

Dodge P/N 4677204

Just give'em the number and they should be able to pull it without knowing the exact year/model.

As for the gaskets, JNZ was the only local source I knew of. If you want/need them really bad, check overseas:

GO-Performance GbR | GO-Performance - Racing & Performance Parts | Ansaugtrakt | Mitsubishi - Cyclone Dichtungssatz

42 EUR which today is a little over $60USD.

Alright guys i got the cyclone intake working properly off my link and fps. I drove the car around and it felt good but sluggish so i took it to my friends house and boost leak tested it.

The one gasket on the intake i had to make is leaking. And mitsubishi does not make it anymore from what im told. Any suggestions on fixing this? I used paper gasket from advance its brown an has some writing on it. Should i be using the gray? Also could i use a little permatex?

Also does anyone know what i should use for making gaskets? Extractor knife ect....

Glad to see you making the switch over the cyclone. I'm sure you'll enjoy the faster spoolup and better low-mid power. Unfortunately, JNZ no longer sells the gaskets.
You may just want to try and remake another one from the gasket material. Is it like paper or cork? Exacto Knife should work fine.
