How do I fix this, can I buy just a half shaft or can i re do the joint?

If its stuck like that now and you try to repair it, the chances of it happening again are way greater. And it's obviously worn. They shouldnt lock like that. Sometimes you can pull the 2 shafts apart for the bearings to clear each other. Sometimes.

Places like Autozone, NAPA, or raxles do they sell the entire axle with carrier bearing?

No. the carrier bearing is separate. IF you want that buy it also.
