I bought a HAFE exhaust manifold a while back but I never chose the option for them to cut the hole for the external wastegate. Looking to the future of now I have a tial wastegate but I need that hole drilled, so the question,

what will I need to cut that or should I tear it all down and take it to a garage that will charge $20+ :ohdamn:

pic for reference,

If I was gonna do it myself then I would drill a hole big enough to get a carbide burr bit in there and port it out to the correct size. But, if the turbo is mounted then you will get a shit ton of metal in the turbine housing. Probably not a good idea, so I would at least take the turbo off there.
